I thought this was so funny but I am not sure if you can read it on here. I think if you click on the image it will make it big enough to read. It is probably only funny if you have had kids go on field trip before. I was just filling out Mason's paper work this morning for his field trips this year.

I noticed that you posted this one at 6:45 am---the only quiet time in the house! That permission slip is hysterical---I'm going to have to have my Kindergarten cohorts come see this!
I'm not sure if it's the same one, but I remember reading something like that before and it is funny.
