We went to the Wright Brothers Memorial. It ended up being really good but the hot hike up the hill wasn't too much fun.
The park rangers did a talk on how to make a kite out of a garbage bag (I will post the directions) and then took the kids out to fly them. It was neat.
We went to see Bodie Island Lighthouse.

I remember that hike with the girls---and pushing Joshua in a stroller---my girls were older and they were SO grumpy at the end! Ahhhh, those were the days!
